Yes, every antique and vintage piece at Filigree Jewelers undergoes a rigorous authentication process by our certified gemologists to ensure its period-correct origin and material integrity.
Do you offer resizing for rings?
We offer complimentary resizing for most rings at the time of purchase. However, some intricate filigree or full-eternity bands may have limitations; please contact us before purchasing to confirm.
What is your shipping policy for high-value items?
All orders are shipped via insured expedited carriers. For your security, a signature by an adult is required upon delivery for all jewelry shipments.
Can I return a piece if it is not to my liking?
We offer a 14-day return window for a full refund on all stock items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and items that have been modified or resized are final sale.
Do you provide appraisals for insurance purposes?
Every purchase over $1,000 includes a complimentary retail replacement appraisal document prepared by our in-house experts to assist you with insurance coverage.
