At Filigree Jewelers, we want you to be completely enamored with your new piece of fine jewelry. If your selection is not perfect, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange on all non-customized items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.

  Secure the Item

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates, appraisals, and the original sales receipt.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Seal the items in a new, sturdy shipping box and affix the provided prepaid insured label to ensure your return is protected during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
